All drawings may or will include a watermark that you may not removeThe time it takes to finish your commission varies between a few days - 6 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, ect.Due to stated above factors it may take an extended period of time to start your commission, I will contact you when the commission has begunProvide accurate references, post-sketch only subtle changes are allowedI reserve the ability to decline you of your work-in-progress piece if you treat me in a negative manner.
You will be given a half refund.Artistic liberty commissions will limit the complexity of your request, I get full artistic freedom of the commission, with exception to the design of your character which adheres to the normal rules for commissions.

Payment

Currency accepted is USD and can be paid through PayPalCommissions will be paid upfront or to the initial sketch. If you fail to payment by the agreed time I will not continue the commissionDon't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment

Revisions

If the reference sheet is not clear or not strictly followed (this does not include additional texture or gradients) there may be an additional fee depending on the amount of requested changesYou may request minor revisions in the sketch phase up to what I consider reasonable, past that there will be an additional fee per changeA fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing

Usage

You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (including reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consentI, the artist, hold every right to the product. The commissioner does not. Therefore I am allowed to promote myself, display and post the artwork wherever I wantYou may not claim the commissioned piece as your own
